In the cooking department, students can gain credits by serving and working a restaruant evening. Students create the menus, invent the dishes, cook the dishes, runt he kitchen, organise and prepare (often grow) the vegetables for the dish, serve and dish and clean the entire establishment.
Awesome night, cheap as and delicious.
Was lovely to see some of the students who normally do not enjoy my classes clearly love every single moment of their evening. So proud and full of delicious food!!
