Changed PLC groups, discussing where we are on the Maori intensity Model

Reflections:

Feed through to staff what the Kia Eke Panuku group is actually doing-what is happening.

What is the vision for Waiopehu College? Where are we at in the journey?

New Staff- lack of context –just a piece of paper in staff mtg. request for some background knowledge- suggestion Karen Gill could talk with PRTs , perhaps HODs could touch on this in departmental meetings.

Lois did explain things once at a staff meeting-perhaps this could be refreshed/revisited.

Another visit to the marae needs to be organized to maintain momentum.
