Flipped Cross System

So, today in the classroom I have tried to be positive.

The year 9's are spastic, but I have tried be a good teacher.

Instead of putting up the negative crosses when the youth are naughty, I tried to put up ticks with 'good work'.

Well, it went well for a lesson yes, but for two lessons it was not so great. So, my conclusion? The kids did enjoy getting ticks for the good behaviour, and I think they worked harder to get their name up on the board for a good thing.

Nice, new tactic learnt.
