Tutor Groups 2016

Yay! This year I have my own tutor group!

This means that my responsibility is to:

- Contact home regarding good and bad news about the students in my class

- Make sure the student is staying on track with their learning and attitudes

- Make sure the students are keeping up to date with their goals that we set in class

- Ask them how they are going, show a genuine interest

- Pump them up about our house, and house sports - GO OTAKI

- Care for them.

I am looking forward to this year and have already started to contact home and make it known to the parents who I am. I am very wary of over stepping the line and becoming too familiar with the parents and making myself to known.
