Overall discussion of what the year has started like.

Powhiri for the Year 9's went well.

Year 9's are settling in.

Need to push the Seniors to do better in their exams - discussion re. exam results from 2015, and the comment that the trend of their sucsess has been slowly decreasing over the past few years. Difficult to make a real comment on as the trend does not take into consideration the alternative pathways that the seniors are taking.
