Confused kids - Presentation Research Exemplar

For the past week we have been doing presentation research in Graphics.

The kids need to research existing GOOD presentations and tell me why they are good.

They have received a sheet that describes what they need to look for, and how they can identify this. It has helped that we have done 2 random lessons to do with this stuff (grids and repitition and colours and fonts etc) and they are warmed up to this way of looking at designs. Feuff.

Anyways, I have started to notice a lack of understanding in their work. So I decided to create a quick exemplar of what I expect. Holy moly! Did that make a difference.

Of course it is obvious, but I forget the power of visual resource. It is hard becuase the kids need projects to look at but they have none, so it is even more important that I create a page to help them.
