- Student in tutorial class is having troubles at home

- During the year, she has had some negative experiences and has shown some sad behaviour

- I have had some discussions with this kid, and tried to help her now that she is in my Graphics subject

- Her moods are generally low, and she gives up easily.

- Student has started CACTUS training - I am involved in this

- This has helped her self esteem, and she us showing progress in class and not giving up on work so easily

- Student is making great strides towards teamwork in CACTUS

- External pastoral provider contacted me to have a meeting about student

- We discussed her home life, and how this effects her learning at school

- We spoke about what help she is getting externally, and how this can be used to help her at school

- The student has started to open up about her home life to me, and I am trying to listen and support her as much as I can
