Positive rewards for consistently hard working students

The top is the invitation for the consistently hard working students in my class. The kids that got over 10 lessons with 3 ticks received this invite.

This was motivation to keep the good students engaged, and to keep the general mood of the class positive. I was impressed with them overall, and alot of them responded to this. Alot of the kids who were off task also responded well to this during lessons.

It was a new strategy, and it worked well.
